  • Full Heart & Lung Examination – A meticulous assessment, including spirometry to measure lung function, offering insight into respiratory health far beyond a standard check-up.

  • Lung Function Tests (Spirometry) – Is essential in detecting conditions such as Asthma, COPD, and restrictive lung diseases, even before symptoms become obvious.

  • Advanced Body Composition Analysis – Clinically calibrated height, weight, BMI, and body fat percentage, measured with the world-renowned Harpenden Skinfold Calipers, the gold standard for accuracy in body composition pinch fold testing.

  • 12-Lead ECG – Gold standard cardiac assessment, identifying subtle electrical conduction defects, arrhythmias and signs of past infarcts.

  • Ankle-Brachial Pressure Index (ABI): Screens for peripheral vascular disease (narrowed vessels in legs), a key indicator of cardiovascular risk.
